Places to Visit - Ataturk Park

This is an enormous park which extends for over 82,000 acres. The park is an oasis of tranquillity, with woods, rivers and a lovely beach. Frankincense trees are found here, giving off a memorable scent. A perfect place for a quiet day out with a picnic, walking, cycling, and maybe swimming on the beach. The park is very popular with local residents, who flock here at the weekends.
